Ink Exchange is not a sequel to Wicked Lovely, but the main characters here were minor characters there, and the main characters in Melissa Marr's first novel do have parts to play in her second. Anonymous comments are disabled in this journal. If you enjoyed Wicked Lovely, I insist that you continue on with the series. People like Niall, Irial, Rabbit the tattooist and his sisters, Ani and Tish. Suddenly, their story seems so much more important. It took me quite a bit longer to get into “Ink Exchange” than it did “Wicked Lovely.” I would really have liked to see more of Aislinn, Seth, and Keenan.
